Proficiency in PCB schematic and layout using CAD tools, along with verification and debugging skills using electronic test equipment.

Strong engineering planning skills and experience working with Jira.

What You’ll Accomplish:

Technical decision maker on the complex integrated electronics solution of our Quantum Computer.

Design, build and test electronics solutions using analogue and digital circuit design together with industry standard CAD packages and test equipment.

Develop your experience in a broad range of electronic engineering subject areas.

Encourage multidisciplinary collaboration of your team with mechanical engineers, software engineers, physicists, quantum hardware engineers, and external suppliers to ensure an integrated solution.

Mentor senior and junior team members on electronics idea creation, design, build and test and working collaboratively as a team.

Work with Program Managers to provide estimates of your team’s work to allow cohesive schedules to be met and report on those projects progress.

Communicate risks and issues early and comprehensively, and proactively identify and closure the resolution.

Manage commercials and engagements with suppliers.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be a team player.

Team management experience.
