Verify digital designs using dynamic simulation, including Analog Mixed Signal (AMS), and formal methods.
Perform synthesis of digital designs to estimate power and area, and conduct Logical Equivalence Check (LEC) to verify netlist integrity.
Run Static Timing Analysis (STA) on synthesized netlists to ensure the design meets all timing requirements.
Collaborate with the analog design team and other cross-functional areas to establish system requirements.
Contribute to cryo-CMOS system architecture by exploring performance and power trade-offs.
Engage in post-silicon validation by supporting the characterization of chips at cryogenic temperature.
Required Skills
Proven experience in digital IC design and verification (3+ years).
Knowledge of high-speed digital design techniques.
Knowledge of low-power design techniques.
Proficiency in EDA tools used for digital frontend IC design.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience in mixed-signal IC design and knowledge of analog development flows.
Proficiency coding in SystemVerilog, Verilog and Verilog-A.
Familiarity with cryo-CMOS technology and its applications in quantum computing control.
