Job Title: Quantum Computing Specialist

Role Overview

QpiAI is seeking a skilled Quantum Technology Specialist to support the design, development, and delivery of our advanced quantum computing courses under the QpiAI Explorer education program. This role blends education delivery with research-aligned content development and simulator-based courseware, enabling learners to master quantum computing, quantum algorithms, and quantum machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

L&D Programs Development

1. Design and develop course materials in the form of texts, videos, playgrounds, assignment, quizzes, programming tutorials, exercises, solved examples, case-study based assignments, scenario based assignments, supplementary content, and highly visual, interactive, and experiential learning with software-defined AI interactions.
2. Collaborate with quantum algorithms team to translate complex quantum algorithms and research into lucid materials with use cases, demos, playgrounds, and tutorials that can be consumed by a diverse background of learners.
3. Research, validate, and enhance exercises based on latest developments in quantum technologies.

L&D Program Delivery

1. Record videos for asynchronous delivery of self-paced content.
2. Conduct live sessions, tutorials, and hands-on labs across QpiAI’s quantum curriculum with programming sessions, mathematical demos, and concept labs.
3. Conduct webinars, seminars, and 1:1 sessions with learners.

Required Qualifications

1. Master’s in Physics, Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proficiency with open-source quantum programming tools and solid programming skills in Python, C, C++, Julia, Rust.
3. Strong foundation in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, quantum computation, and quantum information theory.
4. Demonstrated research experience with publications, patents, or deployed solutions.
5. Excellent communication and instructional skills.
