This role is for a Customer Success Physicist who will connect Quantum Machines' solutions with their customers. Key Responsibilities
Lead the deployment of QM solutions, ensuring seamless integration into various quantum computing infrastructures across multiple regions.
Own and drive technical relationships with designated strategic partners, translating their complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Collaborate closely with R&D to refine QM’s hardware and software offerings based on customer needs, experimental insights, and market trends.
Design and implement automated calibration tools and frameworks that streamline quantum computing workflows for specialized accounts.
Work closely with customers to achieve their quantum computing research objectives.
Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and best practices that empower customers to successfully implement quantum control systems.
Required Skills
Master or PhD degree in quantum physics
4+ years of experience in experimental quantum information science, computing, and related quantum physics fields
Proficiency in Python and software development
Experience in developing scalable technical solutions (automated calibration or advanced lab automation)
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Strong technical communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Japanese language
