Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Networking, or a related technical discipline.

5+ years of technical program management experience in a complex hardware/software environment.

Proven ability to lead technical programs through the full lifecycle, including identifying critical paths, risks, and executing mitigation plans.

Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles (semiconductor, photonics, electronics, and/or systems).

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project).

Nice-to-have Skills

Background in photonics, quantum computing, communication, networking, semiconductors, or complex R&D systems.

Experience in startup or highly iterative environments with fast-paced development cycles.

Familiarity with ISO, quality systems, or regulated environments.

PMP, Agile, or similar certification.
