This Technical Engineering Director role involves leading the delivery of customer projects from technical scoping through to final execution. Required Skills
Master's or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Physics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
Minimum 3 years of industry experience working on applied machine learning solutions, emphasizing NLP, Large Language Models, or Deep Learning.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management delivering end-to-end client engagements.
Demonstrated team management experience, ideally managing managers and multi-project pipelines.
Experience with Python and applied Machine Learning (ML) frameworks.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse and distributed teams across technical and non-technical functions.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience translating prototypes into products while collaborating with Product and Platform teams.
Track record of acting as a customer point of contact to align technical roadmaps with customer expectations.
Ability to mentor senior engineers and managers to support professional growth and retention.
Solid background in developing and managing project plans, budgets, and milestones in complex projects.
Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting at C-level stakeholder meetings.
