Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years experience in a STEM field, technical program management, or product development.

Three or more years managing large-scale, interdisciplinary hardware technology projects from concept to delivery.

Deep knowledge of the hardware product development lifecycle.

Proficiency in program management methodologies such as Agile or Azure DevOps.

Proven ability in data-driven decision making, issue tracking, schedule management, and reporting.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-have Skills

Advanced degree in quantum information, physics, materials science, electrical engineering, or hardware systems.

10+ years experience managing highly complex hardware product portfolios involving deep technology like quantum systems or cryoelectronics.

Experience managing technology transfer from R&D to scaled engineering and manufacturing.
