This role involves working as a Quantum Measurement Engineer within a pioneering quantum computing hardware company. Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and analyze multi-qubit experiments with spin qubits coupled to microwave resonators.
Benchmark and optimize single- and two-qubit gate fidelities, pushing the limits of device performance.
Collaborate with theorists to implement error-correction protocols and optimize hardware performance.
Develop and refine measurement setups, control software, and data acquisition pipelines with an emphasis on automation, calibration, and reproducibility.
Generate, maintain, and document high-quality datasets to support research and system-level decisions.
Mentor and support junior researchers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
Required Skills
PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
Deep understanding of semiconductor spin qubits or superconducting qubits.
Hands-on experience with hybrid circuit QED (cQED) systems, multi-qubit experiments, or quantum measurement setups.
Familiarity with cryogenics/dilution refrigerators and low-temperature experimental techniques.
Proficient in Python and experienced with data acquisition and analysis frameworks.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect experimental needs with engineering execution.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Postdoctoral experience or relevant industry experience.
