This internship supports the manufacturing and packaging of quantum chips within the QPU Production team. The role requires hands-on involvement in cleanroom environments (ISO5 and ISO7) to execute advanced production processes such as lithography, etching, and metrology. The primary goal is to ensure quantum chips are packaged with consistent quality and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on work within ISO5 and ISO7 Cleanrooms.
Execute wafer and chip production tasks including lithography, etch, deposition, metrology, and dicing.
Manage micro-packaging processes related to QPU production.
Ensure that quantum chips are packaged with consistent quality and in a timely manner.
Required Skills
Good hand-eye coordination skills and ability to handle fragile samples
Attention to detail, basic quality control, and inspection skills
Ability to read and execute the work according to instructions, SOPs, and drawings
Basic knowledge of production processes
Basic understanding of machinery, equipment, and chemical handling
Familiarity with tools and measuring instruments
Awareness of safety procedures and PPE usage
