This role seeks a Senior Software Product Manager to lead the definition and delivery of high-value quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions, including quantum key distribution and post-quantum cryptography software. The manager will conduct in-depth market analysis to identify critical use cases and own the entire product lifecycle from strategic conception to tactical execution. Key functions include defining the product vision, collaborating closely with engineering and architecture teams, and driving the commercial go-to-market strategy for assigned product domains.
Key Responsibilities
Define and champion the product vision and strategy for the quantum-safe domain, ensuring alignment with the overall Product Line strategy.
Lead continuous product discovery, user research, and requirements gathering to identify and prioritize customer problems and ecosystem integration points.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept and requirements gathering through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security architects to translate strategic goals into detailed technical requirements and scalable solutions.
Develop the commercial Go-to-Market strategy, including product packaging, monetization, and defining pricing models in collaboration with sales.
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for your product, contributing to product demonstrations, technical marketing, and sales enablement.
Required Skills
Proven track record in full-lifecycle product management, including developing data-driven business cases and detailed product definition.
5-8 years of experience in product management.
Demonstrated high learning agility to quickly master complex new business and technical contexts.
Proven full-stack product management experience in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution with agile teams.
Experience translating enterprise security policy and governance requirements (e.g., compliance, access control) into concrete product definitions.
Broad expertise in or ability to quickly learn cryptography, including foundational models, crypto-agility, PQC migration, and QKD adoption.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience in enterprise cybersecurity, cryptographic infrastructure, or key/certificate management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent business experience.
Broad experience with concepts and tools of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem, particularly in Data Security and Network Security.
Good understanding of how security products integrate across a modern enterprise (e.g., IAM, PKI, cloud-native security tools).
Familiarity with the business impact of major security standards and compliance frameworks (like NIST, FIPS, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
Proficiency in French.
