Key Responsibilities
Usher complex, multi-disciplinary quantum computing projects through the entire project life-cycle, including design, fabrication, packaging, and test of superconducting qubits.
Leverage a strong technical background to define project requirements, assess technical feasibility, plan project schedules, and anticipate engineering challenges.
Serve as the orchestrator of the execution process, driving timelines and managing dependencies across multiple technical teams.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and understand the program's impact.
Support Quantum AI research teams by planning project requirements, managing project schedules, and leading project life-cycle reviews.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience with technical contributions in systems engineering, hardware development, semiconductor device design/fabrication, or quantum computing.
Nice-to-have Skills
Advanced degree in Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience managing dependencies and cross-functional interfaces, anticipating issues, and proposing solutions.
Experience developing or improving tools or processes.
