This position is for a technical Manager specializing in Generative AI who will lead international engineering teams. The primary goal is to leverage advanced quantum and AI technologies to design, implement, and deploy production-ready Generative AI systems. The Manager is responsible for defining technical direction, managing project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, and communicating status clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define the technical approach and design solutions for complex projects targeting industry problems for top-tier clients, ensuring high quality.
Manage projects from initiation through completion, handling scope definition, objective setting, and execution of deliverables.
Lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Ensure clear communication of project status, milestones, and challenges with all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Contribute to the overall technology strategy by providing relevant client and technology insights.
Required Skills
5+ years of relevant industry experience, coupled with a Master's or Ph.D. in a technical field (AI, Comp Sci, Physics, or Engineering).
2+ years of successful project management experience leading engineering teams.
3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI systems, including RAG and Agentic AI solutions.
Experience deploying Generative AI systems in cloud-based production environments.
Expertise with LLM models, including fine-tuning, alignment techniques, or model compression techniques.
Excellent command of Python, Docker, and Git, including experience with GitHub/Gitlab workflows.
Perfect command of both Spanish and English languages.
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with deep learning model compression techniques and inference optimization engines (e.g., TensorRT, vLLM).
Experience in the evaluation of Generative AI systems using real, live data.
