This Machine Learning Engineer will join a pioneering Quantum AI team to develop solutions that make artificial intelligence faster, greener, and more accessible for global businesses. The role involves designing and developing techniques to compress Large Language Models using quantum-inspired technologies. They will also conduct evaluations and fine-tuning to improve model performance, build LLM-based applications, and deliver custom deep learning solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop techniques to compress Large Language Models using quantum-inspired technologies.
Conduct rigorous evaluations, benchmarks, and fine-tuning to improve model accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
Build LLM-based applications such as RAG pipelines and AI agents.
Deliver custom deep learning models for clients across multiple domains, including computer vision.
Stay up to date with emerging LLM and AI research, recommending tools and technologies as appropriate.
Required Skills
2+ years of hands-on experience designing, training, or fine-tuning deep learning models
Excellent command of HuggingFace Transformers, PyTorch, and related libraries
Strong foundations in deep learning theory, GPU architectures, and LLM infrastructure
Experience deploying AI solutions in the cloud and working with Docker/containerised environments
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills
Fluent in English
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience with transformer or CV models
Experience deploying AI solutions in AWS cloud
