This role is for a Technician in Instrumentation and Electronic Cable within the Hardware Platform Operation team at Alice & Bob, a quantum computing company. Key Responsibilities
Implement new cabling schemes and instruments within the racks to optimize operations.

Run acceptance tests on instruments and cables following established procedures and produce test reports.
Assist in debugging potential issues within cabling, instrumentation, or network and communicate root causes to users.
Interface with various internal teams including quantum experimentalists, hardware, infrastructure, purchasing, and IT.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Competence in interpreting electrical schematics and bills of materials.
Experience with assembly of precision mechanical, electrical, and electronic prototypes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Nice-to-have Skills
Business proficiency in English.
Experience in assembling and configuring instrumentation racks, including RF signal wiring and coaxial wiring.
Experience of working with electrical test equipment (oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer, multimeter).
Knowledge of KICAD.
